- Bailiff assistance
San Giorgio Servizi also assists bailiffs as part of our business ensuring the recovery of asset possession.
After having reached agreements with the bailiff in order to proceed with enforcement, the company can carry out a focussed seizure (car pledge, property pledge, with third parties, etc.).
If success is not possible on the first attempt with the bailiff, San Giorgio Servizi srl requests authorisation from the principal company to request the forced opening of proceedings, where this is justified by the possibility of achieving a significant seizure.
Once the operative stage has been completed, San Giorgio Servizi srl returns the original seizure extracts to the client or the deeds complete with original negative report in addition to, in all cases, a detailed report on the economic position of the debtor and the operations performed.
- Certified copies
San Giorgio Servizi will request and obtain certified copies of declarations of theft, attaching the apostille with the correction of property throughout national territory.
- Release from seizures
San Giorgio Servizi will also prepare applications for the revocation of seizure, for material released from seizure and for the transfer of vehicles to the destinations specified by the principal company.
- Fraud prevention
As part of its business preventing fraud against financial companies, San Giorgio Servizi verifies the existence of assets and examines the suitability of the amount to be invoiced.
